Project Staff Manager is licensed on a global basis and the annual license fee is calculated by reference to the number of Business units set up in the platform. There are no restrictions on the number of users accessing Project Staff Manager or the amount of data records stored. A one-time implementation fee applies for each Business unit configured and this is variable depending on specific configuration requirements e.g. data elements, views, reports, custom calculations.
Each implementation can vary considerably and therefore the implementation fee will be tailored for each client.
