Project Staff Manager is a hosted software solution that allows organisations to control their long-term manpower forecasting.
The program allows strategic business units within an organisation to create long term positions into which one or more persons are assigned into over its lifecycle. The program then provides control over and reporting on these positions and assignments.
Positions can be linked to sub units within a business unit and can also be allocated on a time basis over any number of projects and project groups.
Positions and people can be linked to numerous user defined libraries (e.g. employment type, job function) allowing resourcing and talent management reporting.
